I don’t usually get a milk tea since im more of a fruit tea person but this is the BEST boba around the city ever (especially for those that tend to order their drinks less sweet). They put absolute quality into their drinks and seem to take boba seriously. I definitely recommend getting the sugar level as it originally is (perfectly sweet). It’s always so bustling in the store with couples, friends, and family which is why it makes this store seem so fun.
Food: 5/5 I have never had a bad experience with CHICHA San Chen. Every other boba tea place I've tried tastes the same, but the tea here stands out. You can actually taste the tea and the aromatic flavor of the flowers. The tapioca has always been consistently good. Service: 5/5 Despite the place being crowded, the service remains exceptional. I always receive my drinks within 10-15 minutes. Atmosphere: 3/5 I’m giving it a 4/5 because it’s always crowded, the place is small and the parking is terrible. However, don’t let that stop you from trying their tea! Overall Experience: 5/5 I really love the drinks from CHICHA San Chen. They never disappoint!
Really long lines but if you’re a tea fan, it’s well worth it. I only recommend this for folks who enjoy and appreciate tea. The prices are high, the wait time is ridiculous, so if you’re just looking for a quick fix you may want to go elsewhere.
When we walked in, we could smell the tea already. We were greeted by the barista when we were on the line and were offered some testers. I don’t remember what it was, but it was delicious. We got two drinks and both were very good. You could modify certain drinks as you wish, some are not adjustable.
Great tea and a must try! Be prepared for a line even before it opens, but the wait is worth it and the staff hand out samples while you wait. Friendly staff and very lovely interior. Packaging for drinks is quite cute. Would love to see the self checkout be a bit more streamlined... Cheers!
吃茶 is a little hidden - on a street behind Safeway - but it's worth the walk from the main shopping center! Got some delicious osmanthus honey tea, perfect size, not too sweet. The counter is self service ordering via tablet, but they also served us free samples of a creamy black tea that was very tasty. Best part was the electronic sign displaying and announcing your order number for pick up ????????????❤ such a basic thing (back home in Asia) that is almost impossible to find in this city! Total wait time was about 8 mins after ordering, with the weekend afternoon crowd. Only a handful of parking spots (like 6) for those driving, and most were taken. 100% would go back, very happy!!
Best tea in the area! I’ve tried several drinks and all have been fantastic. The boba is fresh and the tea is brewed perfectly.
The quality of the tea served here is exemplary!! This is now my new favorite boba place. Be warned, the parking lot is a nightmare. But if you can brave the parking situation, you'll be greatly rewarded!
